If we're good together, take a seat. I keep five seats available, and a seat is $2,000 a month. Terms are month-to-month, fully credited against build work in the same month, so the seat only ever costs you anything in a month you send me nothing. A seat means your projects start within 48 hours, your quotes come same day, the little stuff gets handled with no minimum and no invoice, and you're never in line behind a stranger.

For engagements north of $50,000 I work through Rogue Agents, my boutique firm, where I'm the AI development lead inside a small senior team that sells and delivers six-figure work. A PRD, a messy brief, or one paragraph about a client who needs something. I'll quote it the same day. Small builds start at $2,500. Bigger ones get a stepped quote so nothing is open-ended: requirements priced before architecture, architecture priced before the build, and your client owns every deliverable along the way. They could walk to another firm with my roadmap and I'd shake their hand.
