This software (the "Software") — the Merrick Freight Quote Tool, in source and compiled form — is licensed, not sold, to Merrick Awards & Engraving / Brightmark Imaging, LLC ("Merrick").

Grant

Rogue Agents grants Merrick a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use and modify the Software for Merrick's own internal business purposes, forever.

Restrictions

Merrick may not distribute the Software. Merrick shall not sell, sublicense, publish, share, or otherwise make the Software — in whole or in part, in source or compiled form, modified or unmodified — available to any third party. Rogue Agents retains ownership of the Software and its source code.

No warranty

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT.
