On a real Forge this is a plain text file sitting in a folder you own. This page just shows what's inside it.

[confirm] heard secondhand about the Kestrel vendor review

Notes

Flagged [confirm] on purpose. I don't know whether this was Sarah advocating well for the team or a problem, and I

only heard it thirdhand. The machine is not filing this as a win or a concern, and it will not decide which it

was. It sits here, flagged, so it lands on her prep sheet as a thing to ask her about — never as a fact about her. If

it turns out to matter, it becomes a real note after I've actually talked to her.

<!-- SAMPLE — invented. Stripped at install. A [confirm] note is the machine refusing to interpret an ambiguous

observation. It shows on the prep sheet as an open question, and it is never counted as an accomplishment or a

strike on the review digest. -->
