What this is

• Purpose: the signed-agreements drawer and renewals tracker — one record per countersigned client

agreement on file, with its renewal or end date. Answers "what's under contract, and what renews when."

• Write posture: autonomous-after-reading.
• The rule that defines what it can see (load-bearing): **one record per signed agreement on file, and

only per signed agreement.** It never invents a client the drawer doesn't contain. Its renewal flags are

built entirely out of the agreements it holds — a retainer with no signed agreement filed was never inside

the set it watches, so it cannot raise its hand about that renewal.
