- Vasquez medal order (75 medals) — engraving text and ship date still unconfirmed, and the
wedding is end of month, so it can't slip. Dana is reaching out to nail both down.

- Ribbon vendor — about a third of the last batch arrived with a torn edge. Cole is asking for a
replacement rather than paying for the damaged spools.
- Custom-medal inbox — the ~40-inquiry backlog is still waiting; the template reply is ready and
Dana just needs to send it out.
- Shipping labels — the address block is cut off on the new label stock; Marcus is fixing the
template.

- Fall medal pricing — talked about a possible raise; no call made yet, revisit later.
Bottom line: The Vasquez order is the one thing that truly can't wait; the vendor and inbox items
