- Delgado order (250 plaques) — date moved up to the 30th. Engraving is backed up, so it's
tight; it's being moved up the queue and Priya is confirming final artwork with the customer today.
- Website inbox — ~40 unanswered inquiries piling up, mostly custom-medal questions. Dana is
setting up a faster way to triage.
🛠 In progress
- Acrylic blanks — the new vendor sent the wrong size (8x10 vs 8.5x11) for the third time.
Marcus is pulling the PO; possible switch back to the old vendor.
- Cycle counts — Cole is testing the new cycle-count helper on this week's count instead of the
3-hour manual process.
- Laser engraver #2 — making a weird noise; maintenance scheduled Thursday.
📅 Coming up / parked
- Holiday-rush blackout dates for custom orders — tabled until next week.
Bottom line: Delgado is the priority this week; vendor and equipment issues are being worked but
not yet resolved; holiday planning is still to come.
