- Smoke / CO detectors: five combo units (Kidde), hardwired with battery backup — bedrooms x3, upstairs

- Fire extinguishers: two ABC units — kitchen (under the sink) and garage (by the door)
- Weather radio: hand-crank NOAA radio with a phone-charge port, top of the fridge
- Serial / details: the Kidde units are dated 2021 on the back — replace the whole unit at 10 years (2031)

- Gas shutoff: outside, north side of the house by the meter (needs a wrench — hangs beside it)

- First-aid kit: upstairs bathroom, under the sink
