- Roof: architectural asphalt shingle, reroofed 2018 (30-year shingle), single story over the garage,
two over the house
- Gutters: aluminum K-style, gutter guards on the back run only
- Serial / details: reroof was Timberline HDZ, "Weathered Wood" color. Transferable warranty paperwork in
the basement file box.
