My Forge

13 machines

Everything you've built, in one place. Each card shows the tool and what you can do with it.
Tap a title to use it — its own conversation opens right where you left off. Or grab something new from the catalog.
This is the actual set of tools I run in my own Forge — my real board. My bookshelf and game library are genuinely mine; everything else opens that tool's catalog version filled with sample data, so you can see it working. My real numbers stay mine.

Browse the shelves — ready-made tools to pull in and make yours. Or just ask for what you want.

Task Manager

A to-do list as files you own — one file per task, a dashboard rendered by date and urgency. The everyday task app, replaced with plain files.

What you can do

  • What's due today?
  • Add a task…
  • What's been sitting for two weeks?
📥Capture Inbox

Drop anything in from your phone while you're out — a voice memo, a card photo, a stray thought. One sit-down sweep reads the pile, files each piece where it belongs, empties the box.

What you can do

  • Sweep my inbox
  • What's waiting in my inbox?
📇People (CRM)

Everyone you know, one plain text file each, sorted into your own buckets. A folder you talk to, not an app — ask about anyone and it answers straight from the files, and builds views whenever you want a look.

What you can do

  • Who should I follow up with?
  • Add this person I just called…
  • Who haven't I touched since spring?
📚Books

The books you own, one plain text file each, grouped by subject — plus a wishlist for what you want next. A folder you talk to: tell it a book and it's shelved, cover and all.

What you can do

  • Add this book to my shelf…
  • What history do I own?
  • What should I read next?
🎮Games

Every game you've played and rated, one file each, ranked into score tiers — plus a want-to-play list for what's next. Rating a game runs a quick skill; the rest is just asking.

What you can do

  • Rate a game I just finished
  • What should I play next?
  • Show me my cozy games
🌱Garden

"I watered beds 2 and 3." Logged. One page per plant — its schedule, its history, its open concerns — a dashboard that says what needs water today, and due care that rolls onto your to-do list by itself.

What you can do

  • What needs doing in the garden?
  • I watered all five plants
  • My orchid's struggling — help me fix it
🏠Property Manager

Every rental in one page — specs and supplies, tenants and leases, a running log of everything you've done there. "What filter does the duplex take?" answered from your own records.

What you can do

  • What needs doing across the properties?
  • Log what I did at a property today
  • Who's behind on anything?
💰Money Dashboard

See where your money stands, month to month. Drop in your exports and get one clear page: what you planned to make next to what actually landed, with a friendly heads-up when the two drift. Works for a business or a household.

What you can do

  • Let's close July
  • Is the plan working?
  • What's my recurring floor now?
🧳Packing List Maker

Describe a trip, get a personalized, categorized packing list — tailored by a plain-text profile of your always-brings, always-forgets, and bag style. Edit the profile by talking and every future list changes with it.

What you can do

  • Pack me for 4 nights in Tokyo
  • What do I always forget?
  • Update my packing profile
📋Process Library

A transcript of how you do something in → a clean, followable step-by-step guide out, building a library over time. A business Process Library, or a household House Handbook.

What you can do

  • Make a guide from this transcript
  • Which of these is going stale?
  • Walk me through how we onboard a client
📝Redline Reader

Two versions of a contract in → a plain-English readout of exactly what changed, grouped by how much it matters, each change flagged for whether it helps or hurts your side.

What you can do

  • Compare these two versions of the agreement
  • What changed between these drafts?
  • Which changes hurt my side?
🏅Family Calendar

Five messages in, one color-coded family machine out — a calendar with a chip per kid per event, per-kid season schedules, coach contacts, and a file your phone's calendar reads.

What you can do

  • Mia has a tournament July 19–20 in Chicago…
  • Who's the soccer coach?
  • What's this weekend?
🌐Website Builder

Answer a few questions, pick a template → a small, good-looking site in a folder you own, plus dead-simple free hosting you manage from the app. No monthly site-builder, nothing to learn.

What you can do

  • Build my site — name's Nate, I do AI enablement
  • Add a page for the podcast
  • Publish my site
