Fables is an American comic book series created and written by Bill Willingham, published by DC Comics' Vertigo imprint.
The series features characters from fairy tales and folklore who call themselves "Fables" and have formed a secret community in New York City called Fabletown after their original homelands were conquered by a mysterious enemy known as "The Adversary." The story is set in modern times and follows legal representatives of Fabletown, including sheriff Bigby Wolf and deputy mayor Snow White, as they manage conflicts among the Fables and attempt to conceal their true nature from ordinary humans while later confronting the return of the Adversary.
Collects the full Fables series. Companion titles (Jack of Fables, Fairest, etc.) deliberately not tracked — just the main series.
