Given the size of the transfer, your assets are moving in-kind in phases; we'll confirm once every position has settled. As the account funds, we will implement the core equity strategy we reviewed together.

A few things you can expect from us:

• A fiduciary relationship. We manage your portfolio in your interest, on a discretionary basis, and we disclose any material conflicts.
• Regular reviews. We'll meet at least annually to revisit your goals, and we're reachable in between whenever you need us.
• Clear billing. Your advisory fee follows the standard tiered schedule in your agreement, billed quarterly in arrears.
