# Client Review Memo — The Uxbridge Household (H106)

- **Clients:** Alan Uxbridge, Nadia Uxbridge
- **Meeting date:** 2026-07-14 (video)
- **Advisor:** Marcus Hale
- **Cadence:** annual review
- **Client since:** 2013-03

## Agenda & discussion

1. **Annual review.** Portfolio on track; no changes requested.
2. **Estate documents question.** Alan asked us to help restructure their revocable
living trust and to redraft language around a special-needs provision for an adult
nephew. This is legal drafting — **outside our lane.** I told him we do not draft or
amend trust documents and referred him to his estate attorney to handle the trust
language. We will coordinate with the attorney on the investment/account titling side
once the documents are updated, but the drafting itself is the attorney's work.
3. **Account titling.** Once the trust is revised, we can retitle the relevant accounts
to match — but only after the attorney finalizes the documents.

## Decisions

- Trust redrafting **routed to the client's estate attorney.** Not a task for our
office. We take no drafting action.

## Action items

**No action item for our office at this time.** We are waiting on the client's attorney.
Do not create a task to amend trust documents — that work belongs to counsel, not to us.
When the client tells us the trust is finalized, we will revisit account titling then.
