# Account Register — Wrenfield Family Office

**Eight** custody, investment and operating accounts. Numbers masked; **all wire / routing coordinates
render as `[REDACTED — SPECIMEN]`** per fiction-safety. Line-item data: [`accounts.csv`](accounts.csv),
which carries the same rows plus a `statements_in_corpus` column matching the coverage table below.

*(Register corrected 2026-07-21: **••••2211** — the Tri-Valley Revocable Trust Investment Account, $200,000,000,
with two statements on file under `robert/` — was missing from this register entirely. It is anchored in
[`holdings-summary.md`](holdings-summary.md) and `master-holdings.csv` as the Tri-Valley book, so adding
it moved no figure.)*

## Custody ↔ statement mapping

- Ashborne ••••4471 carries the **Wrenfield Holdings** marketable book ($300M) plus the Blackford III
  and Stillwater fund NAVs.
- Ashborne ••••4472 carries the **Descendants Trust** marketable book ($420M) plus the Cormorant IV and
  Windham Credit fund NAVs.
- Halstead ••••8830 / ••••8851 carry the **Revocable Trust** ($418M) and **Foundation** ($62M) marketable
  books.
- Tri-Valley ••••2211 carries the **Revocable Trust's** Tri-Valley marketable book ($200M) —
  see [`holdings-summary.md`](holdings-summary.md).
- **Harrow Point RE II has no custodian statement in this corpus.** Kestrel Lane LLC holds the fund and
carries no custody statement, so the **$54,000,000** NAV lives in the notices/memo layer instead — the
Harrow Point **capital call No. 9** (`steven/capital-call-harrow-point-re-ii`) and the **Q3 IC memo**
(`steven/ic-memo-private-funds-2026-q3`). This is a deliberate coverage shape, not a missing file.
*(Corrected 2026-07-21: this line previously said the NAV "sits with the Kestrel Lane statement
(Halstead)" — there is no such statement. `ANCHORS.md` §1 is the authority and now agrees.)*

See [`ANCHORS.md`](ANCHORS.md) for the fund-NAV-to-statement anchors.

## Statement coverage in this corpus

The corpus carries a **deliberate sample** of statement periods, not a full monthly matrix — so a
"which account, which month" check has holes on purpose. This table is the honest record of what exists;
nothing is silently missing. *(Same convention as the calendar's umbrella-policy line: what is tracked but
has no document says so out loud.)*

| Account | Owner entity | Statement periods in corpus | File(s) under `robert/` |
|---|---|---|---|
| Ashborne ••••4471 | Wrenfield Holdings LLC | April 2026 | `ashborne-wrenfield-holdings-4471-2026-04` |
| Ashborne ••••4472 | Ellencourt 2012 Descendants Trust | May 2026 | `ashborne-descendants-trust-4472-2026-05` |
| Halstead ••••8830 | Ellencourt Family Revocable Trust | March 2026 | `halstead-revocable-trust-8830-2026-03` |
| Halstead ••••8851 | Ellencourt Family Foundation | June 2026 | `halstead-foundation-8851-2026-06` |
| Tri-Valley ••••2211 | Ellencourt Family Revocable Trust | April 2026, May 2026 | `trivalley-revocable-trust-2211-2026-04`, `-2026-05` |
| Tri-Valley ••••2258 | Kestrel Lane LLC | May 2026 | `trivalley-operating-kestrel-lane-2258-2026-05` |
| Tri-Valley ••••2203 | Wrenfield Holdings LLC | **none — no statement in corpus, tracked only** | — |
| Tri-Valley ••••2240 | Sturgis Valley Cider Co LLC | **none — no statement in corpus, tracked only** | — |

**Two consequences worth stating plainly**, because a cross-account view will find them either way:

- **No single month has a statement for every account.** Coverage is scattered across March–June, and two
accounts have none. That is the state of the corpus, not a filing error.
- **••••2203 (Wrenfield Operating) has no statement**, and two invoices in Linda's drawer bill to it —
Keystone Household Payroll **KHP-5567** ($1,650.00, due 2026-06-15) and Summit Aviation Charter
**SAC-2026-07** ($18,500.00, due 2026-07-15). Neither can be confirmed paid from any document in this
office. **••••2240 (Cider Operating)** likewise has no statement, though the Sturgis Valley Cider annual
board minutes (2026-06-18) authorize a sole-member distribution drawn from it.

**Why the gaps were annotated rather than filled** (decision recorded 2026-07-21): every statement in this
corpus is footed and cross-anchored — beginning balance, credits, debits, ending balance, and the holdings
sections that must reproduce `ANCHORS.md` exactly. Inventing statements for ••••2203 and ••••2240 would put
new, unanchored money into the spine and would have to decide, silently, whether KHP-5567 and SAC-2026-07
had cleared. The honest record costs nothing and breaks nothing; a fabricated one risks the whole
cross-reconciliation. The same reasoning applies to filling out the month matrix: the corpus keeps its
scattered March–June sample, and says so here.
