# Still Missing — Tax Year 2025

**2 of 6 expected K-1s have not arrived.** Chase these before the CPA pack goes final —
[Barrow Kessler and Co.](handoff/COVER-SHEET.md) needs a complete set. Checked against the office roster
([k1-roster.md](../../../office/spine/k1-roster.md)).

**What's actually unknown here is the states.** The four K-1s in hand put 8 entity–state pairs in play
([tracker](tracker.md)). The roster records **no expected states for either missing K-1**, so nothing in the
office can say what these two add — which is why 8 is a floor and not a total.

## Chase note

Both are **expected but not yet received**. The roster does not record their expected states, so those are
`[confirm]` until the K-1s arrive — the machine will not estimate the states of a K-1 it has not read.

One fact worth having in hand while chasing Harrow Point RE II, offered as context and not as a prediction:
its recipient, **Kestrel Lane LLC**, holds direct real estate with properties in **CT and MT**
([entities.csv](../../../office/spine/entities.csv)). That is a fact about the entity, not a claim about the
K-1; the document's own state schedule is the only thing that settles it.

When either lands in `office/grace/` — at the top level or in a subfolder, under any name at all — re-run
the roll call. It reads what's inside the file rather than trusting what it's called, so it will move to the
tracker and the pack, and the counts, the state table, and the dashboard will update.
