RE: GRANT AWARD -- $75,000 -- YOUTH ARTS EDUCATION

Dear Ms. Hart:

The Board of Directors of the Ellencourt Family Foundation has
approved a grant to the Elk Fork Youth Music Foundation
(EIN 72-05•••••) in the amount of SEVENTY-FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS
($75,000) under the Foundation's 2026 grant cycle.

PURPOSE. These funds are for your youth arts education program --
instruments, instruction, and after-school music sessions for
children in the Elk Fork school district. The award is restricted
to that program but is otherwise unrestricted as to which costs
within it you apply the funds toward.

PAYMENT. Payment of $75,000 will be made by check or ACH transfer,
to be arranged with your office. Kindly send deposit instructions
to the Foundation Coordinator. Any wire or routing coordinates are
recorded on our side only as [REDACTED -- SPECIMEN].

REPORTING. A short written report is requested within twelve (12)
months of receipt, telling us how many young people took part and
what the program was able to offer them. One page is plenty.

We are delighted to support music in Elk Fork this year.

Yours truly,

Catherine Ellencourt
Chair, Board of Directors
