**Re: Acknowledgment of Grant Award — $250,000**

Dear Ms. Okoye:

On behalf of the board, staff, and patients of the Kettle Hollow Community Health Initiative, thank you. We gratefully acknowledge the Ellencourt Family Foundation's grant of **two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000)** in general operating support for our community health clinic.

I will not pretend the timing isn't a relief. Operating support is the hardest money to raise and the easiest to spend well — it keeps the exam rooms staffed and the lights on for the families who have nowhere else nearby to go. This grant does exactly that, and it does it for a full year.

We confirm our acceptance of the grant and its terms. Our Director of Finance will send deposit instructions to your office this week so payment by check or ACH can be arranged at the Foundation's convenience. We will provide the interim note ahead of your November 5, 2026 board meeting, and a full report on the use of funds within twelve months, as requested.

Please pass our thanks to Ms. Ellencourt and the Board. It is a real thing to be believed in, and we intend to earn it.

With deep gratitude,
